Vita-Pakt’s Grapefruit
Grapefruit flesh is segmented and acidic, varying in color from white, pink, and red pulps of varying sweetness (generally, the redder varieties the sweeter). The most popular varieties cultivated today are red, white, and pink, referring to the internal pulp color of the fruit.
We offer many different products made with this commodity, such as grapefruit NFC juice, grapefruit concentrate juice, grapefruit Flavedo, grapefruit dried peels, grapefruit oil, and grapefruit frozen peels.
Grapefruit Juices
Vita-Pakt grapefruit juice is extracted from the fresh fruit of California grapefruit trees. Our grapefruit juice is produced under the most stringent guidelines. Assuring our customer base that its value in squeezing the grapefruit is not lost through processing. We offer our grapefruit juice as not-from-concentrate (NFC) and concentrated. Grapefruit NFC juice is typically made by cold pressing, pasteurizing, and then packaging. Grapefruit concentrated juice is fruit juice from which most of the water has been extracted. When the water is removed, you’re left with a thick, syrupy product known as concentrate.
