Vita-Pakt’s Grapefruit
Grapefruit flesh is segmented and acidic, varying in color from white, pink, and red pulps of varying sweetness (generally, the redder varieties the sweeter). The most popular varieties cultivated today are red, white, and pink, referring to the internal pulp color of the fruit. We offer many different products made with this commodity, such as grapefruit NFC juice, grapefruit concentrate juice, grapefruit Flavedo, grapefruit dried peels, grapefruit oil, and grapefruit frozen peels.
Grapefruit Peel (Frozen)
Vita-Pakt frozen grapefruit peels are processed from fresh California selected grapefruit. The frozen grapefruit peel is cut, pasteurized, and then chilled prior to freezing. Our frozen grapefruit peel is shredded. Our frozen grapefruit peels can be used in a variety of ways, such as baking, yogurts, beverages, ice cream, preserves, marinades, sauces, and dressings.
