Organic Lemony Cheesecake

1 lb. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese softened
½ cup organic sugar
½ cup organic sour cream
1 tbsp of Vita-Pakt #202 Organic Lemon Juice - Not from Concentrate
1 tsp. of Vita-Pakt #16 Fine Ground Lemon Peel
2 organic eggs
1 made from organic ingredients graham cracker pie shell (9in.)

3 tbsp of Vita-Pakt #71FZ Extra Fine Shredded Lemon Peel


Beat cream cheese in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy. Add sugar; beat until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.

Pour batter into pie shell.

Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish on top if desired.
